Scientific Tourist Information System (SICTUR)

SICTUR is an information system enabling the Spanish and international scientific and business communities to interact, identifying research bodies and their current work, and managing processes associated with research and innovation. The main purpose of SICTUR is to compile all such scientific and research production and make it available to university professionals.

INFORMATION:

The data represented correspond to the scientific production currently registered in the SICTUR database. This database is constantly updated.

In order to disseminate the main developments in tourism research generated by Spanish universities, every month the SICTUR Newsletter is published, which presents research groups, reviews of the latest scientific articles published in academic journals, summaries of doctoral theses in tourism and a complete calendar of tourism congresses and a call for authors.
