Analysis of air transport to the main Spanish tourist destinations: Flight searches made by users, flight bookings, scheduled air capacity/seat supply and estimated passenger traffic from origin to final destination.

Through the following reports, you can access the main data on searches, bookings, supply and air traffic for the following destinations: Alicante, Almería, Asturias, Barcelona, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Granada, Gran Canaria, Ibiza, Jerez de la Frontera, A Coruña, La Palma, Lanzarote, Madrid, Málaga, Mallorca, Menorca, Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Seville, Tenerife, Valencia and Vigo.

INFORMATION NOTES:

The monthly data corresponds to trips that begin in the indicated month.
The cumulative data corresponds to trips that begin between January and the reference month of the report.
The next three months data corresponds to trips that begin during the next three months relative to the reference month of the report.
In the capacity and traffic section, the country and city of origin refer to the place of departure of the direct flight to the destination, which may be the last stop on the flight. In the searches and bookings sections, the city of origin is taken as the the starting point of the trip, not the last stopover.
The data are subject to modification due to statistical adjustments; the date of update of the data presented is included in the methodological note.

Definitions

Searches:
Number of searches performed for an origin-destination and date through Internet search engines and online travel agencies.
Reservations:
Number of passengers who reserve their flight for a specific origin-destination and date.
Capacity:
Number of flights and seats available on completed or scheduled flights, including low-cost airlines and some charter flights.
Traffic:
Estimated number of passengers calculated based on booking and capacity data, taking into account outbound trips, transits and return trips.
